Users are responsible for listing accuracy, communication, shipping, and transaction completion. GrooveRack is a platform facilitator, not a direct seller.

4. Prohibited Content

Illegal items, counterfeit goods, scams, abusive content, and policy-violating behavior may result in removal or account suspension.

5. Moderation

We reserve the right to review and remove content, and to restrict accounts to protect marketplace integrity.

6. Limitation of Liability

GrooveRack is provided as-is. We are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from third-party transactions.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of revised terms.
